Primary Care Clinic Senior Operations Coordinators
Formerly Known As: Senior Operations Officer
Available Positions:
7th Day Adventist Senior Operations Coordinator (2 positions)
Eastside Senior Operations Coordinator (2 positions)
Bartley Temple Senior Operations Coordinator (2 positions)
Main Street Senior Operations Coordinator (3 positions)
The Senior Operations Coordinator (SOC) works closely with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities may vary by site-specific operations. Generally, the SOC will assist in training officers and volunteers in various skills and protocols related to patient care, clinic flow, and resources at the assigned clinic on any given open clinic night. They also facilitate communications between attending physicians and volunteers. This position involves in-person attendance during clinic night during academic and summer semesters.
Key Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic Director in ensuring patient care and medical records comply with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Foster strong relationships with patients by addressing their health concerns, needs, and feedback.
- Support quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Key Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic Director with recruiting, onboarding, and training new student volunteers.
- Support the Clinic Director in ensuring that:
- Laboratory orders are entered correctly.
- Clinic supplies are adequately stocked.
- The clinic tracker is updated and active.
- Referrals and community resource connections are appropriately managed.
- Overall clinic workflow and efficiency are optimized to maximize patient benefit.
- Facilitate communication between the Clinic Director, residents, and attending physicians to maintain compliance and uphold evidence-based practices.
General Information:
- Clinical knowledge or prior experience within EACN is preferred
- Prior experience at the applied clinic is valued, but not required
- Demonstrated commitment and reliability are expected.

HOQI Team– EACN Undergraduate Volunteers Program
Formerly Known As: HOQI Co-Director
Available Positions:
HOQI Team Junior Director (1 position)
The HOQI Team plays a key role in managing the EACN Undergraduate Volunteers Program, ensuring that undergraduate volunteers are effectively integrated into clinic operations and are well-prepared to support EACN’s mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with directing the EACN’s Undergraduate Volunteer Program
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Clinic Directors to incorporate undergraduate volunteers into to EACN clinic workflow
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new undergraduate student volunteers
- Assist with developing a plan for undergraduate volunteers as part of the EPIC EMR transitions
- Assist and advocate for any undergraduate-volunteer-related topics
