  • Primary Clinic Director

    The Primary Clinic Directors oversee operations across each of the four primary Equal Access Clinic Network sites. This individual is responsible for overseeing weekly work flow at the designated clinic, coordinating communication between clinics, improving care quality across the network, and ensuring the long term sustainability of the clinics. This position is usually held for 2 years to maintain institutional memory for the organization and values prior officer experience.   • Ophthalmology Clinic Director

    The Ophthalmology Clinic Director oversees operations of the Pediatric and Adult Ophthalmology Equal Access Clinics. This individual is responsible for overseeing weekly workflow at the designated clinic, coordinating communication between clinics, improving care quality across the network, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the clinics. We are currently working on pediatric outreach to increase patient turnout. This position is held for 1 year.
