Safety Considerations

Masks must be worn while waiting and inside the clinic; we will provide one if you need it. Only one person may accompany each patient in clinic.

Unfortunately we cannot provide viral or antibody testing for COVID-19 at this time–if you feel you have symptoms of COVID-19, please make a virtual appointment request with us and call 352-334-8810 to schedule a free test with the Alachua County Health Department.

Only the Wednesday clinic at Bartley Temple United Methodist Church and the Thursday clinic at the UF Health Family Medicine Main Street locations are currently seeing patients in person. Also, on Wednesday, July 29th at 5 PM patients in the Anthem area can undergo screening at the Tower Road Library and be transported to our Bartley Temple location to see the rest of the medical team. Other locations and specialty clinics will reopen soon.
